PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND:

1. We do not use WHATSAPP as a communication strategy. There are some parents who use this as a communication tool.

2. We (as a school) cannot take any responsibility for communication in any WHATSAPPforum.

3. There are other Marvin Park Primary groups  – we cannot take responsibility for the content on them.

4. THE SOCIAL PLATFORMS MAY NOT BE USED BY PARENTS AS A PLATFORM TO COMPLAIN OR DO BUSINESS. Positive remarks are always welcome. We will have to block those users who do not comply. (Some parents have tried to do so already – mostly looking for business opportunities.)

5. We understand that many of our parents might not be comfortable in using all these new communication tools – we would like to get involved and arrange some training sessions in this regard.

6. Please do not place your personal information on ANY SOCIAL platforms (not just Marvin Park Primary) – it is not a safe practice.
